Savanna Fibre (“Savanna Fibre”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of our clients’ personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and manage information provided by users of the Savanna Fibre Mobile Application (“the App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

When clients use the Savanna Fibre Mobile Application, we may collect the following types of information:

• Personal identification details (such as name, phone number, email address, and physical address)
• Account and service-related information
• Communication details submitted through the App
• Technical data necessary for app functionality and security

We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services efficiently and securely.

• Providing and managing Savanna Fibre services

• Service installation, maintenance, and billing

All third-party partners are required to comply with applicable data protection laws and confidentiality standards.

Each client’s information within the Savanna Fibre Mobile Application is strictly private and isolated.

• Clients cannot view, access, or modify any other client’s personal or account information.
• The App is designed to ensure that user accounts are securely separated.
• Any attempt to access unauthorized data is actively prevented and monitored.

Savanna Fibre actively monitors systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or misuse of client information. Any unauthorized attempts may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should notify Savanna Fibre immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

We retain client information only for as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Clients have the right to:

• Request access to their personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal requirements

Requests can be made through Savanna Fibre’s official communication channels.

Savanna Fibre reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or official Savanna Fibre platforms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
